About Company & Products
How long has Voyagers K9 Apparel been around?
Voyagers K9 Apparel has been making quality canine wear since 1993. In
the beginning we made clothing only for greyhounds and at the time our name was
Voyagers Greyhound Apparel. The inception of Voyagers Greyhound Apparel
was simply supplying a need of good quality coats and clothing that would fit
the unique shape of this specific breed. With time, owners of other type
of breeds approach us to make custom coats and clothing for their dog. We
then expanded our breed to include other sight hounds such as Italian Greyhound,
Whippets and Great Dane. This expansion led us to change our name to
Voyagers K9 Apparel. We now offer custom coats for other and mix

Where is Voyagers K9 Apparel clothing line made?
Our products are all handmade in the U.S. using quality U.S. manufactured
material.
What is the quality and longevity of Voyagers K9 Apparel
clothing?
Voyagers K9 Apparel clothing is made with utmost care using top quality
material. Our seamstress has over 25 years making clothing for both people
and dogs. Her ingenuity and craftsmanship lends to the superb quality of
our clothing. Evidence of this quality is in the durability of the
clothing as well as the longevity as the coats last for quite some time (one
customer has had her Winter Coat for more than 15 years). Making Voyagers
K9 Apparel clothing a great investment that you and your dog can use and
enjoy!
Are Voyagers K9 Apparel made specific to the breed of
dog?
All Voyagers K9 Apparel clothing and coats are made breed specific in order
to ensure proper fit. We realize that different breeds of dog have very
distinct body conformation therefore no generic clothing can be made to fit all
dogs. Our designs are base on the unique shape of each breed of dog.
Currently Voyagers K9 Apparel clothing is made breed specific to sight hounds
including Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, Greyhounds and Great Dane. If you
have another breed or a mix breed you can order our custom coats and clothing
that is made specifically for your dog. Click on Custom Coats

Are there any specials that Voyagers K9 Apparel offer?
We offer many specials including climate based special which include the
items that you would need based on your area. We also have customized Team
Color options that will allow you to have a coat or clothing made with your

Booties
How many Booties come in one order?
One order of Booties comes with 4 Booties for your dog. Please note
that Booties are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangable.
What are your Booties good for?
Our Booties have multiple uses. It works great outdoors, protecting your
dog's paws from sharp objects, road salt, snow, ice and water. Thus keeping
their paws safe and dry - and in a lot of cases, saving you quite a bit of money
on vet bills resulting from an injured paw. The Booties can also be used to
protect an injured paw. Our slipper-style design allows it to keep an injured
paw clean without any constrictions. Aside from outdoor use, our Booties has
been used indoor to reduce skidding on wood floor while protecting the wood
floor itself (use non-skid pads in this case)

How do you care for Voyagers K9 Apparel coats and
clothing?
- All of our coats and clothing are machine-washable for your
convenience.
- They can be tumble dried or line dried. For further care

- Keep Velcro “hook-side” straps clear of debris and hair by cleaning it with
a needle.

Does Voyagers K9 Apparel donate to any adoption
agencies?
Yes we do! We realize the tremendous role that adoption and rescue
organization play in finding great homes for dogs and to support their efforts
we donate to adoption agencies and humane society throughout the U.S. You
can designate which organization you would to donate a portion of your purchase
to. We also donate items to their events to help fundraising

Harness Opening
Does your coats come with harness opening?
Our Winter Coat and Rain Coat are made standard with an opening near the base
of the neck where a regular leash can easily fit through. Harness opening
can be made upon request. Please call our toll free number 1-877-423-7345

Measurements
How do I measure my dog?
Aside from the weight (which is necessary for us to size your dog), you can
submit measurements. We need the length, chest and neck measurements for your
dog. For detail instructions, please refer to the Proper Fitting Chart. Contact us if you have any other
measurement-related questions.

Return Policy
What is the return policy on Voyagers K9 Apparel
clothing?
You can return items within 5 business days. Item(s) will be only
accepted in resellable conditions (no dog hair, no urine stain, no sign of wear
or wash). Refund will be issue with a company check for amount of item(s).
No reimbursement of shipping and handling charges will be granted. NO
RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR BOOTIES.

Shipping
How are the products shipped?
We ship your orders via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail
Service (2-3 days) for orders in the U.S. and air mail service (2-3 weeks;
depending on local custom office) for international orders. Domestic orders are
shipped throughout Monday to Friday. International orders are shipped twice
weekly.
What is the cost of shipping?
For order with a subtotal of $119.00 or less the cost of shipping is $8.00
for domestic orders and $25.00 for international orders. For order with a
subtotal of $120.00 or more the cost of shipping is $12.00 for domestic orders
and $30.00 for international orders. (Cost of Priority Mail Service. Other
services may accrue different charges.)
What is the turnaround time for orders?
We try to fulfill your orders as fast as possible when we receive them.
Depending on what is in stock and how many orders we get
the usual fulfillment time is 3-5 business days and during busy season it is 7-10
business days. 2-3 weeks are needed for custom orders. During summer season
we fulfill orders and ship them out once every 2 weeks.
