Product Description

Our Whippet Winter dog coat features an Ultrex outershell with Polar Fleece lining providing warmth with breathable, waterproof and windproof protection for your dog – recommended for walks in temperature of 40º F or less. Breed specific design contours to your dogs body, providing optimal coverage from the cold. There is an attached turtleneck/hood part that can be pulled up to cover your dogs ears or folded down. The Whippet Winter dog coat is held in place with our large Velcro band that is adjustable and protects your dog’s underbelly along with our signature counterbalance strap that keeps the Whippet Winter dog coat from shifting when your dog moves. The Whippet Winter dog coat is fitted around the rear and hips for maximum coverage and comfort, has a reflective safety strip across the back for high visibility and a collar opening for your convenience. Can be combined with our Whippet Tummy Warmer for extra warmth during walks in temperature of 20º F or less. Machine washable.

To care for your dog clothing please click here. HARNESS OPENING - our Rain Coat and Winter Coat are made with openings for regular leash collar. If you would like your coat to be custom made with opening for harness, please include in the comment box during checkout that you would like a “harness opening instead of regular collar opening”. There is no charge for that modification. If you would like both openings – indicate that in the comment box by stating that you would like “both harness and collar opening for additional $5.00 service charge”. If you have any questions or have a different harness, please call us at 608-764-5550. Position for harness opening is located approximately 2” below the dog’s shoulder blades for lead attachment along the back. NO front attachment harness opening can be made.
